As soon as you complete your customer profile, you gain access to the first level: CURIOUS.
We calculate your loyalty level according to the points you’ve earned over the last 12 months:
- You earn 1 point for Euro spent on Jopla (jobs and subscription)
- You earn double points for every review with more than 3 stars

Jopla PRO loyalty
There are 5 loyalty levels when you contract work through Jopla. Each level brings more rewards.
As soon as you complete your Jopla PRO profile, you gain access to the first level: JOINER.
Your level is calculated according to your performance on the following factors:
- Hours: contracted and paid through Jopla.
- Reviews: positive reviews and higher star ratings count towards your loyalty level.
- Repeat business: you earn points if a client asks you back for another job.
- Response rates: because the faster you respond, the happier your clients. We calculate the percentage of your responses in less than 24 hours to messages you receive from customers on your Jopla’s app.
- Cancellation rate: fewer cancellations gives you a better reputation. We calculate the percentage of your cancellations or changes on date and time with less than 18 hours notice to the customer.
- Friends invited: when your friends sign up for Jopla PRO, you earn loyalty points. (Only valid when friends you invite receive complete a job and receive a review of more than 4 stars).
