GENERAL CONDITIONS
The JOPLA Gift Card (hereinafter also the “Card”) can be purchased in digital format on Jopla.it in the “Gift Card” page or on the Jopla For You App in the “Payments / Jopla Account” section.
Upon purchase of the Card, the beneficiary will receive an activation code.
Upon purchase of the Card, the buyer will see immediate confirmation of the purchase made.
The Card must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
The amount of the Gift Card will be predefined and cannot be changed on Jopla.it on the “Gift Card” page, while it will be modifiable on the Jopla For You App in the “Payments / Jopla Account” section.
The sum loaded will be transferred to the Stripe account managed by Jopla in a non-interest-bearing deposit and, for the entire period of validity, it will not be convertible into cash or be credited in any way.
The purchase of the Card will not be subject to VAT, therefore, in the case of invoicing, it will be excluded from the scope of the tax pursuant to art. 2, co. 3, lett. a), Presidential Decree 633/1972.
The card can be used several times until the credit runs out or until it expires and will not be rechargeable.
Your credit will be automatically deducted after each purchase.
The credit of the card used to make purchases will be available online on the Jopla website and will be displayed on the payment screen.
The Card will be valid only after activation and will be usable immediately after it.
Activation and use will not incur any additional costs.
The activation of the purchased card can be carried out after a minimum period of 5 days after the payment has been made.
Card activation can be done by entering the “Payments / Jopla Account” section of the Jopla For You App.
Jopla will always use the Card for the first payment, the amount of which will be equal to or less than the credit left on the Card, until it runs out.
In the event that multiple Cards have been loaded on the Jopla Account, the total will be accumulated and the use of the cards is understood to be in chronological order of creation. Then the residual value of each card can be deducted based on the remaining credit on the Jopla Account and the original amount of the cards based on the history.
If the amount of the Jopla Account is not sufficient to cover the entire total amount of the payment, the authorized payment method will be used for the total amount of the payment by charging the credit card registered by the user in his profile. .
In the event of theft or loss of the communication, the Card cannot be replaced, nor can the credit contained therein be refunded or transferred to a new Card.

The personal data, yours and the beneficiary, will be processed without consent for the purpose of purchasing the Gift Card and sending the Gift Card by e-mail – automatically and free of charge – following a request by entering the address email and identification data (name and surname) in the form on the site. The legal bases of this processing are the satisfaction of a request from the interested party and the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures – condition of lawfulness article 6, letter b) GDPR – and the legitimate interest aimed at monitoring Gift Cards – condition of lawfulness article 6, letter f) GDPR.
